Portal Paintings will only drop when mined using Silk Touch

To link two paintings, they must be the same size

Empty Portal Paintings always load chunks

Full Portal Paintings only load chunks when their pair is loaded

Portal Paintings can show up to 8 blocks layered on 1 tile
