Legacy Manhunts Reworked

Adds manhunts in version 1.12.2, and bypasses the use of a compass, which is an issue in all other 1.12.2 manhunt plugins.

Hunters' action bars are used to show an arrow, pointing towards the runner.

The arrow points towards any portal the runner uses to leave the dimension

Only supports up to 1 hunter and 1 speedrunner

Adds a 40% drop rate of Ender Pearls from Wither Skeletons, because otherwise the manhunt is slow and unreasonable for a runner to complete

Commands:

• /hunter set
  • Sets the hunter
• /speedrunner set
  • Sets the speedrunner
• /resetmanhunt
  • Clears roles and portal location data
